Dallas Cowboy tight end, Jay Novacek, can cut his way around the field – both football and on top of a cutting horse.  His fulltime job of playing professional football kept him busy, but when his playing days ended, Jay’s passion for horses stepped in.   The “big guy” opens up to Equine VIP while raising money for the Carity Foundation.  See why Jay says he still is “undisciplined” in his approach to riding his horse!
